REMOSHOT Advances DoDrill XR Training Platform Through KISTI Patented Technology

DAEJEON, South Korea, October 30, 2026 – REMOSHOT Co., Ltd., a developer of extended reality (XR) software and content, is strengthening its DoDrill XR vocational training platform through the integration of patented technology developed by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI).

The company is adopting KISTI’s “XR Content Authoring Technology” to further enhance DoDrill’s multiuser collaboration and spatial content authoring capabilities. Some of these features were previously introduced at World IT Show 2025.

REMOSHOT Expands Its XR Training Capabilities

Based in Daedeok Innopolis in Daejeon, South Korea, REMOSHOT operates in both domestic and international XR markets. Its work covers software and digital content development using virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR).

The company has also partnered with South Korean institutions specializing in professional and technical fields to develop structured vocational training solutions.

One of its key offerings is DoDrill, an XR-based training platform designed for specialized instruction in nursing, caregiving, and air navigation safety. The platform uses immersive virtual environments to support practical learning, collaboration, and scenario-based training.

Key Features of the DoDrill XR Training Platform

DoDrill incorporates several features intended to make professional training more accessible, interactive, and adaptable to different learning requirements.

1. Cross-Device Compatibility

DoDrill enables participants to enter the same virtual 3D environment using different types of digital devices. Supported hardware includes VR head-mounted displays (HMDs), desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, and tablets.

This flexibility allows users to participate in training activities without being limited to a particular device.

2. Multiuser Collaboration

The platform supports simultaneous participation across compatible devices, with or without user login.

Through real-time communication, participants can see one another’s actions and assigned roles within the virtual environment. This allows instructors and trainees to work together in collaborative exercises that simulate professional situations.

3. Scene Master Editor

DoDrill includes a Scene Master Editor that allows users to upload, modify, and customize training scenarios and 3D environments.

The feature also enables organizations to introduce additional scenarios and update existing materials, helping keep training content relevant to changing professional requirements.

4. Multilingual Support

DoDrill initially supports Korean, English, and Vietnamese, targeting markets where the company expects opportunities for adoption.

As its international reach expands, REMOSHOT plans to introduce additional language options, including Thai, Japanese, and Chinese.

Building New Opportunities in XR Vocational Training

Through its work with KISTI’s patented XR technology, REMOSHOT aims to advance the collaborative and content-authoring capabilities of its DoDrill platform.

The development reflects the growing application of immersive technologies in professional education, where virtual environments can provide structured opportunities for skills development, scenario-based instruction, and collaborative learning.

By combining XR software development with specialized vocational training applications, REMOSHOT is pursuing opportunities in South Korea and other international markets.
